Where products are factory sealed, we cannot guarantee the contents, pulls, rarity, condition, centering, print quality, or other characteristics of cards contained within sealed products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, photographs of individual cards are intended to represent the specific item being sold.

4. Card Condition

Where applicable, we may provide a condition description for individual cards or collectibles.

Unless otherwise stated, condition assessments are subjective and are provided in good faith based on our inspection of the item.

Minor imperfections, including but not limited to minor whitening, print lines, edge or corner imperfections, centering variations, surface marks, or manufacturing defects, may exist.

We do not guarantee that any card will meet the grading standards of any third-party grading company.

A card's condition or estimated grade is not a guarantee of the grade it may receive if submitted to a third-party grading company.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including where a product has been incorrectly listed, is unavailable, or where an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

6. Prices and Payment

We are not responsible for changes in the market value of any trading card, collectible, sealed product, or other item after purchase.

Market prices may increase or decrease at any time.

Purchasing collectibles is not an investment guarantee, and we do not make any representation regarding future resale value.

12. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are subject to the estimated release dates provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers.

Release dates may change.

If a release date changes, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected customers where appropriate.

Pre-order products may not be available for dispatch until the relevant product has been released and received by us.
